Shipping Information

Shipping rates are based on the continental US. Shipping charges outside of the continental US may vary. After an order has been shipped, it normally takes between 3 and 7 business days to arrive (depending upon location within the continental US).

All shipping is handled via USPS, FedEx, and Canada Post for some Canadian orders. The actual service used is dependent on the best possible price for convenient shipping service to the customer's shipping address. If you have any special shipping instructions, please include them in the "order notes" or send us an email. For your added convenience we use a LOW COST flat shipping rate (based upon your order total) with FREE HANDLING and NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. Items are shipped directly from our warehouse.

*IMPORTANT: We ship Mon - Friday and want you to receive your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We deliver items directly to the respective shipping company (United States Postal Service, FedEx, etc.). We process orders as quickly as possible, however once we drop an order off for shipping, we address all inquiries regarding shipping to the service responsible for delivery.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email immediately. Each return is dealt with on a case by case basis. Upon approval, you may return it within 30 days of your original purchase date and we will refund your original purchase price. All items must be in new condition. We cannot issue a credit for items that have been used and/or damaged (unless due to a manufacturing defect). We do not refund outgoing shipping or pay for return shipping. We recommend you insure your package.

Exchanges

Wrong size or not what you expected? No problem. Please contact us via email immediately so we can make it right. Upon approval, you may exchange any item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be new condition. We cannot exchange any item(s) if the item has been used and/or damaged (unless due to a manufacturing defect).
